Haibu, a hive of light

A family of lamps designed to create lightscapes in outdoor spaces, both public and private.

Starting from the principles of production and respect for the natural environment in which they are placed, Haibu pendant lamps – made entirely of ceramic – provide atmospheres of well-being and relaxation enriched by a sense of privacy and intimacy.

With a silhouette that explores the relationship between object, space and nature, freely inspired by the shape of a beehive, Haibu enhances sharing and meeting environments through evocative scenic effects, creating human-scale lighting experiences.

The project combines cutting-edge technology and materials with natural appeal, thanks to a collaboration with WASP, an Italian company specializing in design and production through 3D printing.

An innovative project integrating light, 3D printing, and the versatility of stoneware: used for the first time in the luxury furniture industry in this mode, stoneware takes shape through an advanced 3D printing process, transforming into outdoor lamps that diffuse warm, welcoming light.

During printing and drying, the material settles naturally, creating a pattern of cracks that allow gentle beams of light to emerge. This unique design blends aesthetic refinement and natural properties, providing a durable and environmentally friendly lighting system. Haibu is available in two variations: a more elongated and tapered version, and a lower and wider version. The lamps can be used individually or in multiple compositions, creating lighting points that enrich and enhance any outdoor environment.
