Bistrot Olivina

Inspired by the “sun gem,” the precious translucent green stone so beloved by the Etruscans, the Olivina bistro celebrates Castelfalfi’s rich landscape heritage of centuries-old olive groves and vineyards. Designed by London-based studio Blue Sky Hospitality, the space offersa sensory journey through the flavors and colors of Tuscany. The venue is distinguished by the understated elegance and craftsmanship of its custom-made furnishings designed by Paolo Castelli to enhance the authentic essence of the area.

Venice stools and bergère were specially selected for their formal essence, softened by enveloping and harmonious shapes, ideal for fitting casually into contract projects.
