Paolo Castelli designs the capsule collection “Oggetti d’autore: Omaggio a Morandi” for Istituzione Bologna Musei. Furniture, accessories, and objects in an open dialogue between art, history, and design.
A set of water or wine glasses crafted from borosilicate glass, skillfully handmade and mouth-blown to create three distinct patterns inspired by the art of Giorgio Morandi. An experiential offering that blends craftsmanship and creativity to bring forth unique art-inspired objects with a strong visual impact. The glasses are enhanced by fortuitous bursts of color and captivating decorations that mimic the stroke of a brush, thus evoking Morandi’s distinctive color palette. Each set, comprising six glasses, includes two specimens for each decorative motif. Dishwasher-safe and microwave-friendly.
