Scope of works: Supply of furniture by Paolo Castelli collection for the new Business Lounge of Marconi Airport in Bologna.
The G. Marconi airport in Bologna, symbol of excellence among international airports, has given new luster to its Business Lounge, entrusting the restyling to the Architect Bolognese Marco Colonnelli, with a strong expertise in the field, and involving Paolo Castelli SpA for a new project.
The general renovation project of the lounge included a new set-up in which the protagonists are Venice armchairs from Paolo Castelli home furnishing collection, spread over an area of approximately 200 square meters: over forty elements, declined in natural white and dove gray nouances, so as to make the room welcoming and the waiting time pleasant.
Armchairs are embellished with an opaque gold finish paint on the structure, that further enhances their appearance, making them stand out from the context in contrast with the periwinkle curtains.
