The Attico, Selfridges London

The Attico, the brand founded by Gilda Ambrosio and Giorgia Tordinim continues to explore new territories and this time it does so by inaugurating a temporary shop in shop on the second floor of Selfridges London.
For the next four months until the end of August 2021, the brand will be present in the Womenswear designer central galleries with a corner of 39 square meters A space with neutral colors and steel walls, glamorous and minimal at the same time, it will frame the garments and accessories of the spring-summer and autumn-winter 2021 collections. The protagonist is a maxi rounded sofa, seat and display for accessories. The garments instead are hung along the walls, where in a swirl of bright colors one can find the dresses with the brand’s signature feathers.
For this project Paolo Castelli S.p.A. created the freestanding and wall furniture – strictly custom made -, the wall coverings and carter lights.
The environment is dominated by light tones in stark contrast with the metal details of the freestanding furniture. Finally, the rounded maxi sofa, with its soft shapes, makes the brand’s space welcoming and sophisticated.
