In the heart of Paris, in Saint Germain district, rises up the prestigious Hôtel Lutetia, reopened after a 4-year renovation. The building, built in 1910 for an exclusive clientele, has been significantly renewed on Jean Michel Wilmotte project, with the target of maintaining history and charm by integrated with contemporary elements.
In the inner central part of the hotel is located a large patio, which creates a new outdoor area replacing the previous historical hall. Rooms get larger: twelve new suites and a 700sqm SPA amplify the accommodation offer of the hotel.
Paolo Castelli S.p.A. accomplished civil works including flooring and wall finishings of wellness & spa area and Signature suites, in addition to prototyping and production of FF&E and decorative lighting for the entire building.
