Scope of works: Construction and supply of curtains, serial and customized furnishings for 8 apartments.
A stone’s throw from the city center, the M56 residential complex is located in a prestigious historic building. Designed as a luxury Long Stay Experience, the complex is divided into 8 fully furnished apartments, for medium / long-term rent. The project, curated by the Milanese fabric studio, is inspired by the Northern European mood, addressing a young target, of high cultural level and traveler.
For this project Paolo Castelli S.p.A. took care of the construction and supply of all the furnishings for the 8 apartments.
The supply, which lasted about 3 months, involved custom-made boiserie made of dark stained wood, built-in wardrobes in the entrance areas, serial furnishings including upholstered for the night and day area, tables, chairs, kitchen furniture.
The style of the setting is informal and “trendy”, contemporary and European: pure white walls and ceilings combined with natural oak floors welcome minimal, light and informal furnishings. The materials chosen are dark woods with open pore varnishing, black metal details, marbles, fabrics in natural nuances with hints of color in the autumn shades of yellows, bronzes and greens.
