In the production heart of Emilia Romagna territory is located the new headquarter of Bonfiglioli Riduttori company- a world leader in the market of mechanical gearboxes and components production.
The building represents absolute technological excellence, the result of an important expansion and rationalization project of the previous production building, developed by Open Project Studio.
The industrial architecture is integrated into the landscape through the large windows and the internal courtyard: inside the new building a long covered walkway leads to a glazed entrance hall that introduces the operational areas. In this context, Paolo Castelli took care of the supply of all custom and serial furnishings: over 270 workstations arranged on the 3 floors of the building, in addition to fully customized storages.
Particulary important is the reception desk located in the hall, which combines technical materials with refined aesthetics and a clean design, with the exterior completely covered in Kerlite with Calacatta Gold marble effect.
The final result becomes particularly relevant as an example of a virtuous working context: the project by Studio Open Project has enhanced the livability of spaces and high environmental compatibility, placing human and technological evolution at the center.
The interiors and exteriors become communicating, thanks to the spectacular windows and internal courtyards that allow you to always have a view of the greenery both from the work spaces and from the restaurant and cafeteria.
