The historic coffee machines company LA SAN MARCO has recently completed the renovation of its historic headquarters, in Gradisca d’Isonzo, Gorizia.
The intervention involved reception areas and office areas, for a total of about 400 square meters of total area: The Client entrusted Paolo Castelli S.p.A. the creation and installation of custom and serial furnishings, in an accurate project where exhibition areas coexist with operational areas, and where the history of the coffee tradition blends with technological innovation.
On the ground floor, the Bolognese company intervened in the reception area by creating the custom-made furnishings, among which the reception desk, the bar counter, and the counter for the lever coffee machine, made in a gray, bronze wood finish, stand out. , beige. On the walls, a restoration intervention has restored luster to the display niches dedicated to coffee machines, with the creation of new shelves made of light gray lacquered wood. Also of great impact in the reception area is the custom chandelier made of orange plexiglass plates, combined with decorative light elements.
Different types of spaces have been created in the office area: a showroom area, a meeting room and an operational area with 8 workstations, divided by custom-made glass partitions.
Paolo Castelli S.p.A. also worked both in the reception area and in the office area with demolition and new construction; replacement of the old flooring with the new oak parquet, painting of walls and ceilings, supply and installation of all new lighting fixtures, replacement of the entrance frame and all the fixtures in the office area.
Outside, the entrance area was the result of a restyling with the installation of a new decorative red sheet metal roof, to reflect the colors of the brand.
