Lutech, leading company in the Italian market for consulting, system integration and IT outsourcing services, has recently inaugurated its new offices in Bologna city, within the building complex of the FRI Foundation.
The project – a double open space of about 800 square meters that develops in a ring around the large and spectacular stairwell – was carried out by Paolo Castelli S.p.A., general contractor of the overall renovation of the building.
The area – located on the second floor of the building – houses the 90 workstations and meeting areas, divided by glass walls that give the space openness and lightness.
At the entrance, a custom reception counter welcomes and introduces the main colors: anthracite of the floor melts with white (workstations)and bright colors (red, yellow – of the sound-absorbing panels and sitting areas). Moreover, meeting rooms and executive offices are located at the perimeter: privacy is guaranteed by the custom-made glass walls.
The space is devided in areas dedicated to individual work -with islands made up of different desks- and areas for common use such as the 5 phone call lounges. A coffee-break area, equipped with high tables and stools, becomes a passage area between the two communicating open spaces.
Paolo Castelli wa in charge of the civil works, plasterboard, sound-absorbing panels, and the supply of custom-made and serial furnishings, all made with technical and performing materials, suitable to last over time, guaranteeing comfort and performance for everyday use.
