No. 00512981200 – Tax ID Code 00526840376, (hereinafter, “Data Controller“), in its capacity as Data Controller, herewith informs you that, pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 (hereinafter, ‘Privacy Code’) and art. 13 of EU Regulation no. 2016/679 (hereinafter,”GDPR“) the collected data will be processed as follows.

Scope, methods and duration of processing

Processing may include collecting, recording, organizing, storing, retrieving, processing, disclosing, deleting and destroying the data.

Processing will be limited to personal data strictly relevant and expedient to the purposes pursued.

Data may processed manually and/or with the aid of electronic and telematic means.

We will store your data only for as long as required to fulfil the purposes of the processing, in any case no longer than 10 years from the termination of the contractual relationship, and no longer than 8 years from the collection when data is collected for marketing purposes.

Nature and purpose of processing

The Data Controller will process personal data when executing or performing a contract and/or for purposes of sales promotion, information updates and/or advertising on products and services offered, or events promoted or organised by the Data Controller.

Personal data may be processed without express consent to: enter into contracts with the Data Controller, fulfil pre-contractual, contractual and tax obligations arising from any existing relationships; fulfil legal obligations set forth by national or EU law, as well as comply with orders issued by public authorities; exercise a right of the Data Controller. In such cases, the data may be disclosed to such parties as may be required by law in order to fulfil the purposes mentioned above; these parties will process the data in their capacity as independent data controllers.

By virtue of a specific and separate consent of the data subject, the Data Controller data may also use the data for marketing purposes, by sending e-mails, text messages, telephone calls, newsletters, marketing communications, and/or advertising material.

The data subject has the right to notify the Data Controller that they have changed their mind as to their consent or its denial for the individual marketing purposes.

A user who does not intend to register with the web site of the Data Controller must still be able to browse it freely, without any interference with and / or consequence for any business or contractual or other relationships.

Access to data

In order to fulfil the purposes described above, the data may be made accessible to employees and/or associates of the Data Controller in their capacity as in-house staff tasked with processing and/or system administrators.

Data transfer

Personal data is stored on a cloud server located at the headquarters of the Data Controller, in the European Union.

Rights of the Data Subject

In accordance with Art. 7 of the Privacy Code and art. 15 of the GDPR, you, as the data subject, have the right to:

  • obtain a confirmation as to whether or not your personal data exist;
  • know the source of the personal data, the methods and purposes of processing, how electronic means are used, the identification data of Data Controller, Data Processors and appointed Representative, parties or categories of parties to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may obtain knowledge of such data in their capacity as appointed representative, data processors or persons tasked with processing;
  • have the data updated, rectified, supplemented, deleted, anonymised or blocked, including the data whose retention is not necessary for the purposes for which the data was collected or processed;
  • object for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data, as well as to receiving advertising or direct sales or direct marketing material through the use of automated systems and/or traditional marketing methods.

If applicable, the data subject also has the rights provided for by Articles 16-21 of the GDPR (Right to be forgotten, right to the restriction of processing, right to data portability), as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.
