The Babou lounge is characterized by the design of its structure, an elegant graphic mark that outlines the backrest supporting the cushioning, inspired by the art of surrealist painter Salvador Dalì. The Babou seating family combines the logical with the irrational in a play of opposites between minimalism and figurative exuberance. The lounge features a tubular steel backrest, covered in outdoor leather. The seat has a marine plywood structure, fully padded with eco-friendly polyurethane made with low CO2 emissions. The seat is covered for outdoor use with water-repellent polyester fiber fabrics available in different colors, but also for indoor use with fabrics and aniline leather.
The collection also includes the modular system, which, thanks to a simple locking system, combines lounge chairs and ottomans to create a new composition called Babou Modular. It is a modular system that meets all aesthetic and space requirements.
