Prestigious seafood restaurant in the Sardinian city of Porto Cervo, the Pescatore represents the perfect mix between the historicity of the place and design. Paolo Castelli has realized for the project the construction and plant works as well as the realization and supply of the serial and customized furniture.
The space is divided into an environment made of caves and low arches, with white walls that blend with the furnishings of the room, and home to about 100 seats. The counter, in travertine, houses large tanks inside which the fish is stored to be chosen by the customer.
The material aspect is what most characterizes the place: in addition to travertine, the dyed oak wood is also the protagonist, used for the tables and chairs, which also decorate the suggestive view of the sea.
