On the shores of Lake Como, in a historic complex of 1500, is located Villa Pliniana, one of the historic residences of the Lombard lake. The site has even older origins and stands on an ancient spring – now active on the soil of the property – described by Plinio the Younger. The villa, which is composed by a large system of buildings and depandances, has been subject of a long restoration and today is home to hospitality for an exclusive clientele who wants to stay on the banks of the Lario lake surrounded by an elegant and prestigious environment.
Paolo Castelli S.p.A. company has been involved in the project for the supply of furniture including upholstered furniture, lamps, tables for the lounge areas in the large common halls and for residences inside the depandances, collaborating also in the development of the interior design project and defining finishes and materials. Furnishings and materials have been selected with classic and contemporary appeal, with precious decorating fabrics and contemporary velvets, with specific moodboards according to the theme of each area in order to respect the style of the rooms and classic decorations, while defining their own identity for each space. Particularly prestigious is the large living room, in the main building of the villa, where there are several small living rooms that welcome the most demanding guests. Project: Studio Arch.
